Exchange Policy

At Paws & Poses, our mission is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction by offering a fair and transparent exchange policy. If you’re not entirely satisfied size of the Product, you can request a product exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.

Terms & Conditions for Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect in Size, or not as described. Please contact us via email @merch@pawsandposes.in
  • Product Condition: The product must only have been tried on once and not used regularly. It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Inspection: Exchanges will only be processed after the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check.
  • Non-Eligible Returns: Products showing signs of improper use, handling, or physical damage, including torn packaging or missing parts, will not be eligible for an exchange.
  • How to Initiate an Exchange
  1. email us: merch@pawsandposes.in ,do provide basic details such as the order number, and reason for the exchange.
  2. Submit your request for approval. Our team will review the details and get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Exchange Processing

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse.
  • Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it within 3 business days.
  • If the product passes the quality check, we will ship the replacement item within 5-7 business days. You will receive a notification with the new tracking information.

Additional Information

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, you may opt for a different product of equal value or special case refund.
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges may be covered by Paws & Poses if the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
